In 1986/87 they pioneered aspects of the gyro-stabilised filming of match racing when they were responsible for 100% on-water coverage of the America’s Cup in Fremantle, WA. They subsequently provided on-water and helicopter aerial coverage of the Olympic Regattas in Seoul, Beijing and London. In Beijing and London, the IOC awarded the sailing television team the Gold Award for Best Television Coverage of an Olympic Sport.
